The 6th International Conference on Agricultural and Food Engineering (CAFEi2023) will be hosted by the Department of Process and Food Engineering and the Department of Biological and Agricultural Engineering, UPM. This conference will be held via online platform on the 15-17 August 2023. The main objective of CAFEi2023 is to provide a forum to present and discuss new technologies in the area of Agricultural and Food Engineering, in line with the theme of the conference “Global Food and Agriculture Recovery in the Post-Pandemic World”. This conference will identify new trends, opportunities and challenges that are relevant to the agricultural and food industries. It will be a venue for critical discussion and potential solutions to overcome challenges due to global trends that influence food security and the overall sustainability of food and agriculture systems. In addition, this conference will also highlight development in research and innovation in agricultural and food engineering. Therefore, we welcome scientists, engineers, researchers, policy makers, academicians, economist, inventors, journalist and entrepreneurs to this prestigious event.
