Guidelines for Oral Presentation

After receiving confirmation of abstract acceptance, presenters should prepare for their presentation in the PowerPoint slide. Please read the following guidelines carefully:

  1. Time limit:

The presentation will be 15 minutes maximum, followed by a 15-minutes Q&A at the end of each session.

  1. Presentation content:
    The slides of the presentation must contain the following:
    1. Conference title (CAFEi2025)
    2. Title of the paper, authors, and affiliation
    3. Introduction
    4. Methodology
    5. Results & Discussion
    6. Conclusion & Recommendation
    7. Acknowledgement

    8. Reference

  2. Presentation slides are recommended to have sufficiently large fonts and clearly legible typefaces to enable audiences to read. Usage of any video, sound effects or animations should be tested prior to the presentation time scheduled.
  3. Oral presenters are required to prepare their presentation slides in Microsoft Office PowerPoint.
  4. Oral presenters are required to submit their presentation slides by Friday, 22 August 2025, to cafei2025_scientific@upm.edu.my.
