- The secretariat will provide a bunting tripod stand for A1 poster size. Participants are required to prepare a poster with PVC pipe for hanging purposes (Figure 1).

Each poster entry is free to make their own presentation content according to their creativity but at least each poster must contain the following:
- Conference title (CAFEi2025)
- Title of the paper, authors, and affiliation
- Introduction
- Methodology
- Results & Discussion
- Conclusion & Recommendation
- Acknowledgement
- Reference
- Each poster will be given a label and the poster exhibition location list will be given during the conference.
- Poster installation time is from 3.00 pm to 5:00 p.m., August 25, 2025 (Monday) or before 9:00 a.m., August 26, 2025 (Tuesday).
- Posters must be displayed at the event hall throughout CAFEi2025 from August 26, 2025 (Tuesday) until August 27, 2025 (Wednesday).
- Judging time is 9:00 am to 12:00 pm, August 27, 2025 (Wednesday).
- The process of removing the poster can be done between 5:00 pm and 6:00 pm on August 27, 2025 (Wednesday). After this time, the posters will be disposed of.
